Everything a half marathoner wants and nothing more. Flat and fast, single loop, lots to look at and enjoy as you go around. The all-new Hibiscus Half Marathon course showcases the very best of the Hibiscus Coast. Get. Amongst. It.

The 10k Classic course is one full loop of the famous Te Ara Tahuna walkway, with two superb additions. Near half-way is "The Race Track" - a timed preem around Settlers Grove - followed shortly after by a detour around placid Maygrove Lake. Mint!

The 5k is almost identical to the super-popular Millwater Parkrun - one of the fastest 5ks in NZ! Follow the path around Metro Park before crossing the footbridge to the Te Ara Tahun walkway. Half way point arrives sooner than you think before a 180 takes you back past the start line and down the finish chute to collect that vital bling.

The kid's course takes places entirely within Metro Park so the kids are never too far away with a wide footpath to accommodate them. It's an all-out blast to the turnaround point on the southern side of the hockey field before heading back past the start line for the glorious charge down the finish chute. Nice!
