Formerly known as Run Orewa, the Harcourts Cooper & Co Hibiscus Half Marathon has retained all of the best parts of its origin story - Metro Park, Orewa River and the Te Ara Tahuna Walkway - and added so much more. The new course now takes runners into the heart of downtown Orewa for a thrilling run beside one of Auckland's longest beaches - using the just-completed Millenium Walkway - passing under and along the Hibiscus Coast Highway and through beautiful local streets and parks.
